MATERIA turns 3D interior drafts into photorealistic renders using AI image models. It is provided by Adomas Stankevičius, Lithuania ("we"). By creating a workspace you agree to these terms.
A workspace is shared by your studio through one password — you are responsible for who you share it with and for what is done in your workspace. Keep the password confidential and tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
The subscription is €25 per month and includes 30 renders each month. Each full render and each region fix counts as one render; reading the scene (segmentation) is free. Unused included renders do not roll over. Extra renders can be purchased as credits at €2 each; purchased credits never expire. Prices may change with 30 days' notice — never mid-billing-period.
You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid month; you keep access until then. Money already paid for a started month is not refunded, except where consumer law says otherwise.
You keep all rights to everything you upload and to the renders generated from it. You grant us the technical license needed to store and process your images to provide the service — nothing more. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.
Renders are AI-generated visualizations, not documentation. They can contain inaccuracies in geometry, lighting, or materials. Verify anything that matters (dimensions, product availability, exact color under real light) before purchasing or construction decisions.
Do not use the service to create unlawful content, to probe or disrupt the infrastructure, or to resell raw access. We may suspend workspaces that do.
We aim for the service to be available and fast, but it is provided "as is" — model providers and hosting can have outages we do not control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost business.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email 30 days in advance, and continued use after that means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania; consumers retain any mandatory protections of their home country.
